BOKS membership operates in two directions. For Brazilian mandates with international components (joint ventures, cross-border M&A, portfolio marking with foreign assets, transfer pricing), CBG activates sister firms locally for specific diligence components. For mandates originating in other jurisdictions requiring valuation work in Brazil, CBG is the alliance's entry point in the Brazilian market.
The alliance does not compromise CBG's methodological independence. Each firm is legally autonomous. Coordination operates through relationship and assured quality, not corporate subordination.
