Finance professional with approximately ten years of institutional experience. Before joining CBG, she worked in business valuation advisory at one of the four largest consulting firms in the world, conducting PPA, impairment and fairness opinion mandates for Brazilian and foreign corporate clients.
She has prior capital markets experience, having worked in private equity and investment control. In academia, she spent two years at the Electric Sector Research Group (GESEL) of UFRJ, contributing to economic studies on regulation and financial modeling of the sector.
Economist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with an MBA focused on finance and investments from IBMEC-RJ.
Investment Analyst registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM-CNPI). Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certified by the Corporate Finance Institute (Canada).
